Hi, I’m Alejandra. I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a Professional Co-Active Coach, passionate about helping people grow — in leadership and in life.

To me, coaching is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters. It’s the space where clarity surfaces, confidence expands, and transformation begins.

My own journey has always been about people— from Latin America to Europe, from consulting to coaching. Today, I dedicate my work to supporting leaders and individuals who are ready to design their next chapter with purpose and courage together with me.
